We've had a big clear out and got lots of fleeces, jackets, shirts etc - all washed or aired and clean - is there anyone in Caithness who can do anything with this? Really don't want to dump it all in a charity shop when there are loads of families who are going to be cold for Christmas:~( Any advice very much is appreaciated

Many thanks

Pat

Have a look here: http://calaid.co.uk/ I think they have a collection point in Thurso (http://thirdforcenews.org.uk/tfn-news/refugee-crisis-find-your-nearest-collection). The Blythswood charity is also collecting for their shoebox appeal locally just now. They may accept clothing donations too for Eastern Europe.
