I took my friend there today for a general eye-test.
Well, I could hear her laughing from where I sat in the waiting room.
She was EXTREMELY impressed, not only with his competence but his sense of humour just made her day :) !!
At the moment she has a few appointments to attend, but I have never seen her more animated and cheerful coming out of an appointment than she was today !
