I am looking into becoming self employed as a cleaner and I'm really wondering if there would be any sort of demand for it? I can clean houses when you are at work or whenever suits! And I have references as well. Thanks for looking and any thoughts welcome.

I know a couple of people in Thurso who do this, and they're always very busy. Don't limit yourself to houses - think offices as well. Go for it, and good luck.

Go for it :) One thing I would say is get yourself insured - accidents do happen. My mother-in-law's cleaner once knocked a figurine off the shelf whilst dusting, smashing it to bits, but her insurance paid out for a replacement.

IT would be a great idea. How much would you charge?
