Mother and toddler groups in thurso?

Hi I'm just wondering about mother and toddler groups in thurso or any baby groups I can take my one year old too. I've looked online and only found messy church.My health visitor I haven't seen since my son was three months old so can't ask her. I also don't have any friends who have kids.Thanks in advance.
