Camster windfarm

Does anyone happen to know why Camster windfarm is shut and how long it's likely to be shut? Or where I can go to find out? I've tried E-on website but cant find anywhere relevant to ask. Just turned up there for a run round and it's padlocked and says Keep out - I'm assuming this means to foot traffic. E-On have put up a large Warning sign for hazards to be aware of but no explaination as to why it's shut or how long for.
Also does anyone know if the new windfarm up near Clyth is open for public? could use new running places :)
