does any one have any information that could help me about the way the rnli treats there crews.
thr rnli have 4 industrial tribuals pending at the moment and any information would be helpful.
they seem to treat there crew members very poor . :~(

Oh yes i can understand why the R.N.L.I have these cases against them after the letter i have received from 1 of the guys that are taking them to court.Its shocking the way they deal with crews 1 law for 1 and 1 for another believe me.The problem with the instituton is that all those in high places are all ex service personell so its jobs for the boys and they think they are still in the forces and can treat people as if they were dirt as they would when they were in comand in the services.They have no clue about Human resources and employment law thats for sure.
