Thinking about changing my ISP to SSE, am reluctant though due to previouse problems with ISP's (Gone through quite a bit of hassle in the past trying to find a reliable one)
My current ISP wants £100 to upgrade my line to FTTC so am considering SSE Ultrafast Fibre (http://www.hydro.co.uk/PhoneAndBroadband/Products/Broadband/Ultrafast/).
Any opinions?
Do they throttle?
Do they block sites?
