When was the last time you saw "Family Sized" tins of soup on the supermarket shelves.

We used to use that size tin when the kids were at home, but we never buy soup at all now since buying one of these,http://www.google.co.uk/aclk?sa=l&ai=CJTSwctT1VMf7GaeZ0wX3gIHoD-TRsooGrLT919cB3afen4MBCAYQASgEYLv2x4PcCqABlMWSyAPI AQepAvOys1LLybk-qgQkT9Cas7ZJo1D31jIR_gIZIUUDyq6CG8wepYXoPsygUqHpZa C-wAUFoAYmgAfUuu03iAcBkAcCqAemvhvYBwHgEoys2svrzvGgaw&sig=AOD64_1xzVpmDliY7sUTdCpY5dpRG3WbvA&ctype=5&rct=j&q=&ved=0CIwBEPQO&adurl=http://thurgo.co.uk/item-36092-morphy-richards-soup-maker-48822%3Fsource%3Dgoogleps. you can make your own delicious soup in about twenty minutes and at a fraction of the price.

Shaggy. Thanks for the info ,brings back menories. Kevin Milkins. I have seen those soup makers but never knew anyone that really tried it, have spotted them on the QVC but they looked like a blender. The one on google looks like it could be the answer to a few prayers. Many Thanks .

you can't beat a chunk of boiling beef or ham, fresh chopped/diced veg and a touch of seasoning. Finish off with fresh home made bread and you'll wonder why you ever bought a tin-opener.

Bought a salter soup maker last September and best buy ever would strongly recommend it.
