I finally started turning out some of my old video cassettes as my VCR is no longer even connected and have no idea what to do with them as charity shops can't even give them away so don't want them. Hate throwing things away especially when they're perfectly good but what's the alternative? Does anyone want them these days?

I still watch them. I have a machine for DVD and video

Badger if these are tapes which can be recorded on Caithness FM could use them, we use them as logging tapes to record our output and it is getting difficult to buy new ones

If you have any Video Tapes you want to keep, you can have them transferred to DVD at Meiklejohns, Thurso Street, Wick

I'd have to connect up my VCR to check which I don't want to keep as I have quite a few that I've recorded on myself and am sure I don't need all of them. Will see what I can do as haven't used it for ages.

Don't have my DVD player connected either !
