I have found out a neighbour is possibly a sex offender and don't know what to do :( how do I find out if it is true or someone being malicious?

If you do find out that the person next to you is a sex offender and is on the register you need to know the background too; someone who is 16 and sleeps with their 15 year old B/G.friend is a sex offender and stays with them into adulthood (if not forever), someone who urinates in public on a drunken night out can be a sex offender too. There are many degrees, just ensure you don't jump to the conclusion that they are the worst kind.
