If there was to be Theme Evenings or A Trendy Menu operating in a food place in Thurso what Sugestions do you have towards it,

dish ideas, Themes that would make you try something different.

A Customers ideas are sometimes valuable

Any sugestionas are welcome, and as far as the local, fresh etc go we are already doing that where possable

I always like regional dishes, for example have Italian Night, or Mexican, etc.

I understand the "all you can eat buffet" nights at the Upper Deck are always well attended. Friends of mine were there last week at the Tandoori Night, who said the food was superb. ;)
