helen from health and beauty in thurso does a 2 hr yoga and meditation session on mondays 10-12 at thurso youth club and june runs a session on thursday nights 6.30 #7.30 same place.....im julie and i ran 12 weeks of guided meditation sessions in mey hall upto xmas £5 a session.im looking to start them again in thurso at the end of february....time and date to be confirmed...it will appear in the whats on guide section on caithness .org the week before hand....hope that helps
