My partner and I are getting married near Thurso in August 2015. Does anyone have any recommendations for a caterer who would do a hog roast for the event?

Just a heads up mate, if you are still looking for a hog roast caterer for your wedding, I suggest Premier Hog Roast (http://www.premierhogroast.com/hog-roast.html). Based from my experience they have awesome and delicious hog roast and BBQ. Their service is very affordable and they are reliable caterers. Best Wishes. :)
