Highland Region Delivery Charges

I seem to recall there was a local group who were compiling a register of firms who were applying discriminatory charges to addresses in the Highlands. However my memory being what it is these days I cant remember what the group e mail address was. Is anyone able to help.
The firm in question is "energybulbs" BTW.

There is so many of these companies, they advertise UK MAINLAND then when you order something they get in touch for extra postage money, had one couple weeks ago from Glasgow.
