Aerobics or Circuit Training classes in Thurso

Does anyone know of any Aerobic/Toning or Circuit Training classes held in Thurso???
Also does anyone know if the Salsa classes are still being held in Thurso?

In need of severe motivation, please help?!

Not sure about Thurso, but we have Kick 2 Fit TM classes, which is similar to aerobic kickboxing, and ICS Combat Fitness TM which has circuit training elements within it.

However we are based down in Dunbeath, details of what we do can be found at our website.
