If there is I couldn't find one via google, I have atleast 4 that need repairing, mybe an enthusiastic electronicer would give it a go.

Windymiller...we too have a few for repair :) lightening having taken them one after the other in this last month, add to that a turbine..
and suddenly wind power loses its shine..:)
