I wanted to make a few comments on the above and was very surprised at how it is presented on line.
I initially thought I would be able to open the web site and then print it off as an entire document so that I could peruse it at my leisure, I was being very optimistic as anything to do with government at any level has to be made as awkward as possible.
Not to be deterred as I am sure many will be, I read the relevant sections, made notes and then used the inter active pages to state my views.
Any one else been bemused by this or am I just getting old !
