Anyone know why?

I have a website by sitespinner, web host one.com. It won't publish. one.com says everything is fine, that something is blocking my ftp connection. Anyone know what it could be? I disabled my antivirus and firewall protection, but it still wouldn't work.

You may have to set you router for port fowarding
depnds on what ports need to be open maybe for ftp port 21 needs to be open
