Seeking to find out any information on a lady shown in the 1851 census called Churtin Zeares. She is shown with what what we think is my great great great grandmother Christian McKay. My great uncle remembers his grand mother Mary Ann Gerry ( nee McKay ) who was a midwife in Thurso talking about a Dutch grandmother. Wondered if this was her although can't find out if Zeares is a Dutch name. I have a picture of Mary Ann with some of the children she brought into the world.
