It only applies to airports within Scotland.

The Air Discount Scheme is available to all people (“eligible persons”) whose residence is in one of the following defined eligible areas:
Caithness
Island of Colonsay
Islay and Jura
North-West Sutherland
Orkney Isles
Shetland Isles
Western Isles

The scheme also includes students from these areas who are studying away from home.

Qualifying Airports are:
Aberdeen
Glasgow*
Edinburgh
Benbecula*
Inverness
Islay
Kirkwall*
Stornoway*
Sumburgh*
Wick*
Not including Public Service Obligation flights
