The local sailing club based at Scrabster are organising their 2005 beginners course. The course runs on Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings from 28 April until 22 May with a couple of Saturday mornings too.
If you are looking for a rewarding challenge, can swim and are confident in the water it could be for you. The course leads to a RYA certificate, includes membership of the club for 2005 and costs £60 for juniors (13-17) and £110 for adults.
The club provides buoyancy aids and has some small wetsuits available to borrow. Adults are recommeded to aquire a wetsuit.
