Wick Family To Launch Legal Action

A North family could officially launch legal action today - in their fight for answers about their sons death. The body of Kevin McLeod was found at the bottom of Wick harbour in 1997. His parents claim a cover up in the police investigation and they want another force to look again into what actually happened. They are meeting with a top lawyer in Glasgow and could begin proceeding against Northern Constabulary later.

Good Luck to them in there fight for justice. This case has gone on to long, the family need an end to this situation. I hope now justice will be done.

I hope that they get justice this has dragged on so long for this poor family.I would do the same if it were my son. Goodluck to them.

Best of luck to them. Unfortuneatley here in the Highlands at the moment we have a rather intransigent Chiel Constable who cannot even utter a half decent apologies for the mistakes in this case and indeed others.
