this guy was sentanced in 2009 for 10 years for a series of rapes and sexual abuse and this Sheriff Derek O'Carroll is complaining that the man died without having the chance of having his quality oflife extended! And this is the type of guy we have dishing out sentences, I just wish the rapist had a longer slower and more painful death, that would have been some justice for his poor victims!
