Can anyone help with this..... Do homes in the countryside have a brown grass recycling bin? And if so were they supplied free of charge?

No, we live in the country and do not have a brown bin or a garden recycling collection. We have to take grass cuttings/garden rubbish to the recycling facility in Thurso.
