I suspect I'm setting myself up for a kicking but what the heck... I note there is an advert for 'youths' to deliver 'leaflets' in Thurso on the jobs pages of this site. I thought that age discrimination was illegal nowadays. An active 'oldie' is perfectly capable of putting 300 leaflets a month through letterboxes. http://forum.caithness.org/showthread.php?227351-Leaflet-distributer

Cheapskate companies wont hire an adult because of the legal minimum wage of £6.31 p/h and will choose to employ youths because they are much cheaper coming in at £3.72 p/h. Trying to prove it is age discrimination will be difficult though.

An active Youth, or even Oldie, should be capable of putting 300 leaflets through letterboxes per day....

10 leaflets a day, 7 days a week. I'll do that!

300 a Day, I bet Posties wish that they only had 300 Letters to deliver in a Day.
