It's very hard to keep grass under control in Caithness due to the climate (ie: it's raining most of the time) and most of these "in it for the money" contractors will mow come rain or shine..... this is the problem, they are not in it for the quality of cut, they are in it for the money so will chew the grass down in wet weather and then invoice the council.

What happened to the FANTASTIC council grass cutters who knew their patch and cared for their patch? These "outsourced" jokers are only concerned about the money.

The Highland council's "pledge" should be to go back to Council employed grass cutting staff and give this "ISS" outfit a boot out the door.
