Smokey missing from Bower area

Smokey is a very friendly cat, missing from the Bower area since mid-June. It's even possible he may have got in a vehicle and is elsewhere. His main distinguishing mark he has is that the top right lip is white but the left side is black. He will probably not have a collar as he manages to lose them frequently and unfortunately he is not microchipped.
