Just called to cancell my sky+ as it aint recording any more and we are out of our 12 month warranty on the box. Told them I wasn't willing to pay the annual premium to sort the box out.
They are sending out an engineer and giving me a further 3 month warranty on the box for free, only have to pay the monthly rate. Well worth the call:lol:
