Broadband problems in Thurso?

Anyone else in Thurso area having broadband problems this week? I've been getting this message page (see thumbnail picture) for last 3 days whenever I go online. Sometimes able to get through to page I want after 3 attempts.

Have spoken to ISP (Onetel) who say it is nothing to do with them. Ideas anyone?

Thanks for your help.

I also found a link to email the broadband helpdesk at my ISP rather than going through the foreign call centre who only know about unplugging the modem and starting again. Fingers crossed I will find out what's wrong soon!

Looks like a routing problem with your ISP (Onetel)

Out internet connection was faulty too yesterday.
Think the system cant cope with the number on broadband now.Its also know faster now than it was on narrow band:mad:
