I've never stayed here, but I found this place on the web, I live in Aberdeen and this place is well within walking distance.

And the place looks okay and price is fine

I'm not sure why you need to attend ARI but if it has anything to do with cancer, then there is a local Cancer help trust that does B&B its near to the hospital, Here's that link:

Hope this is of some help

There is a Premier Lodge very near to A.R.I on North Anderson Drive. (about quarter of a mile from the hospital) I have stayed there on many occasions. Could be a bit pricey if you intend staying for some time.

Would be worthwhile contacting the hospital as I am sure I have seen signs up in Caithness General or Raigmore about specific hospital visitor accom for people from the Highlands.

just got back from Aberdeen after being at hospital, stayed in Red cross. really lovely, not at all what I thought it would be like. Its a building only 10years old.very modern, and kept spotless clean.Your own room with twin beds, shower and toilet, and also t.v..There is a sitting room ,and a kitchen you have use of until 10pm.You get a lovely cooked breakfast in the morning. It cost £19per.person per night.Taxi to hospital cost £4-5,but they have a mini bus that will take you up in the afternoon. The staff were very friendly.Very good place to stay if you have to go hospital.
