Just want to say good on Estrella for their charity gigs they are doing on behalf of cancer charity UCAN. They are to perform up to 65 lunchtime gigs in schools around the country to promote the charity and raise awareness of Cancer (all for free aswell).

Nice one lads

To quote one of the paragraphs from the Press and Journal article:

"No dates for the gigs have been finalised yet but the tour is designed to target young males, who are most at risk of contracting testicular cancer."

One of my brothers-in-law died of this at the age of 15, several years before I met my husband. Unfortunately, the cancer was fairly well advanced before it was detected, and attempts to arrest it were unsuccessful. He died in 1967, but nowadays he might have been saved. Early detection is vital, and young males really do need to be made aware of the signs to look for!
