Hi, my son and a couple of his mates are starting to look for a flat for their second year at Herriot Watt. This is all new to us so have a couple of questions! Is this the best time to look or leave it to August? Is it normal for it to be a full 1 Year long lease so they pay for the flat over the Summer? Any good advice would be welcome.
