Recycling centre open on bank holiday?

Can anyone tell me if the recycling centre at Janetstown is open over the bank holiday weekend? The council information doesn't say it shuts on bank holidays but of course that doesn't necessarily mean it's open ... !

I was at the recycling centre today in Wick which was open. Not sure about Janetstown, but I'd imagine it would be the same.
