Building plans

Hi

Can anyone recommend a good, reasonably priced, person to draw up building plans for us to extend our small bungalow and build a garage. Looking for a person who can draw plans to spec required for planning permission and not costing a fortune.

I find it easiest to draw plans myself roughly to scale to make sure that everything is where YOU want it; then you can get the architect to translate them into real scale and what is legally required for planning permission.

Been a while since I needed an architect but I'm sure someone will come up with a recommendation. Good luck.
