Best mobile network for Caithness area

Hi,
I wondered if anyone knew what the best mobile network is for this area. I moved here a year ago and had O2 which was really bad so I changed back to Vodafone but for the last couple of months I rarely have a signal and can't access the internet unless I'm using Wifi. Has anyone else had this problem with Vodafone or does anyone have a network that actually provides the service you're paying for?

A lot of people going for orange, 3 etc which always used to be terrible up here

I have 3G a lot in wick with O2 but crap in thurso

Nephew has 3 and has 3G great in thurso
