North Highland Initiative
10-Jan-14, 11:12
We are working with the Halkirk Community Sports Foundation on a new Heritage and Transport Museum Proposal. It is hoped that upon securing further funding we will be able to construct a new building which will house an exceptional collection of vintage cars and other vintage memorabilia.
To find out more about the plans, we would like to invite you to an Open Day at the Ross Institute in Halkirk on Thursday the 16th 3-6pm or Saturday the 18th of January between 10am & 12pm.
For more information about this project please visit our website at www.north-highlands.co.uk/north-highland-tourism/projects (http://www.north-highlands.co.uk/north-highland-tourism/projects)
Also, if you live in Caithness or are a regular visitor to the area, and would like to fill our survey to share your thoughts about having a Transport and Heritage museum in Halkirk, please fill in our survey by clicking the link below.
