To the best of my knowledge there's no way to do it automatically, and this short clip (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8C-cDHL8kJw) shows just how much work is involved in the basic colourisation of a B&W photo. To get a really good quality conversion takes a lot of time, patience and expertise, and is therefore likely to cost a fair bit if you want the results to look believable.
