A elderly neighbour of mine Is having problems with his tv. When turning on from standby the blue on light flashes but no picture appears. Sometimes It will come on with switching back and fore and sometimes not at all. Other times a picture will appear If left at the on after a while. Has anyone any Ideas of the problem would It be worth sorting or buy new. TV Is 4-5 yrs old.
