Pretty sure he is not as they all usually arrive together. Just in case I hope he is not the fourth Horseman although the others don't usally bode well in any mythology I have read.

Don't worry Horseman we are all glad to hear from you and the cryptic bits only creep in now and again.

Now "Sign Of The Four" is bit of a mystery but that's another story.
