A Merry Christmas (when it arrives)
Happy New Year (when it arrives)
Happy Friday (this weird greeting is noticeable, with necessary adjustments, on various TV news programmes over here, on any old day - *weird*)
Happy Friday-the-13th
Happy anything that gets you through this dark season of the year

And with profound apologies to those in the southern hemisphere who are going into summer whilst having northern hemisphere celebrations imposed upon them.
