How's the weather up there today?

You all safe? Its supposed to be pretty wild across Scotland today. Its not great in Liverpool, but I'd imagine its worse up there!

Light dusting of snow in Occumster, and the wind may not be unusually strong but it sure is b****y cold [disgust]

Horrendous. Got woke before 5am with thunder and lightening. Two short power cuts. Gale force winds shaking the house all day. This afternoon the hailstones/ice bullets started. Blizzard conditions every now and again. Icy roads. And it's still blowing a hoolie. Wonderful.

It was pretty coorse in Thurso all day. There was a 5metre tide this morning at 10am and it caused a tidal surge all the way up to the salmon pool. I couldn't get past the boating pond when it was at it's peak.
