The Caithness interset in IGas cames from its acqusitiion of Caithness Oil and the relevant paragraph in the report is - Acquisition of Caithness Oil Limited Further to the announcement on 9 September 2013, we have now signed the sale and purchase agreement to acquire Caithness Oil (which includes a 100% interest in the Lybster field), a subsidiary of Caithness Petroleum Limited, a privately-owned British independent oil and gas exploration and production company. ...
