Accused remanded following private court appearance
A LYBSTER man is facing charges of assault and threatening or abusive behaviour.
Angus Cormack, 26, made no plea or declaration during his brief appearance before Sheriff Andrew Berry at Wick Sheriff Court, today.
He was remanded in custody pending further inquiry. The offences are alleged to have occurred at the Bayview Hotel, in Lybster, on November 13.
