Centralise my music

Naive question I know, but I'm no tecchie. I've got music on my laptop, some on an external hard drive, some on my (windows) phone. What's the easiest way to get all this stuff onto something that has a user interface which allows me to scroll through tracks and play through my sound system? Cheers Dave

I used one of these http://www.cocktailaudio.com/home.html linked to my home cinema and also used a play 3 from http://www.sonos.com/ for the other rooms

I wanted the same and bought a Denon streaming audio system. I now only PC to play music from at home, all my music was transferred to phone, mp3 player etc from my computer music collection.
