Dead cat found on Dounreay road

Sad to report, but cat found dead on the left hand side of Dounreay road (heading into Thurso). About a third to halfway between the turn off onto the Scrabster farm road and the Thurso Business centre. Looks like it was hit by a car and would have been instantaneous. A bit difficult to say what colour its coat was as it had been raining. However, it has rings around its tail and I would say that its coat was tipped darker than the main body of its fur. If anyone thinks it may be their missing pet and would like more information, please ask.

We are missing a ginger and white cat that had been seen in this area about 4 weeks ago, any chance this cat could have been ginger and white ?
