Just read the shocking news in todays 'Groat the "Mission" is to close, visited there everytime I was up north for the best Bacon Rolls in the county.....Sad.

Just read the shocking news in todays 'Groat the "Mission" is to close, visited there everytime I was up north for the best Bacon Rolls in the county.....Sad.
Not surprised, fishermans missions have been closing all over the uk over the last two years, it would appear that no amount in donations or otherwise are enough to keep alive this one time essential institution.

Thanks to the EU regulations and the British government who have decimated our fishing industry,that has a lot to do with the Missions closing
