Has anyone got any recommendations on companies who make kits for new house builds? Made to design or with good ready made plans!

Going one stage further, has anyone got any recommendations for companies to build the damn thing once the kit is ready? Taking into account time frame, quality of work and cost?

House to be built in the Reay area......so local would be preferred!
