Just settling down to watch the Singapore Grand Prix and thinking we should have a Caithness Grand Prix. Wick to Thurso then back along the coast a fine route full of excitement and no complaints at lack of over taking opportunities :0))

We already have and both Thurso and Wick have their own racecourse with sleeping policemen (as in sound asleep and can't be bothered to do anything about it) Why there's even a Pit Stop in Wick too!

There are already too many drivers on the Thurso Wick road who think they are driving a F1 Car. A Safety car is needed sometimes with all the Crazy Overtaking you see sometimes.

Don't forget the lovely series of chicanes down Battery Road in Wick.

The route HAS to include the great straight section between Thursa and Casseltoon - it was my favourite.

Total fantasy this, I mean... F1 cars on our roads, they'd fall apart from all the potholes...

World Rally Championship cars would be more like it.
When we gain Independence we could start a campaign to get the Scottish leg of the WRC hosted in Caithness & Sutherland.
