What is the reasoning behind the order that we have to wait 120 seconds between posts...I now have to wait 62 seconds.... it's now 33 seconds...what's the problem???? now it's 7 seconds

I think it's to stop people spamming the forums using software that sends posts automatically.

Yup, that's the reason (although automation isn't really a part of it).

There isn't much else they can do to stop it though, and the last thing we want is miserable users....
