In the Press & Journal today a 28 yr old Edinburgh man [named] faced a string of sexually-related charges was released on bail having made no plea after eight charges were brought against him. this man has allegedly committed at least eight sexual crimes and was released into the public, whats to say that while on bail he wont reoffend as many do. it s a well known fact that these people cannot help them selves when the oppertunity arises, and most will strive to make it happen anyway, i dont know if this was a child or exposure or what . but would nt it have been better to put this guy somewhere to assess him or maybe treat him rather than just let him free.
